the pros and cons of each of the properties we looked at. Phoebe was able to pull numerous applicable comps so that we could compare properties. In preparing the offer for the property we decided upon her knowledge in writing the contract played to our advantage. Not only were we able to get a reduction in the asking price but we were also able to get appliances included in our deal. Her recommendation for the home inspector for our property also helped us get a new hot water heater and to get needed maintenance on the two air conditioning units. When all was said and done we were very happy with our deal. Going forward, we would definitely recommend Phoebe as an agent and we would certainly use her again to sell our properties.
